6x40 - 4x25 years: The Buchtal family of Deutsche Steinzeug celebrates
Nowadays, long-standing teams and loyal employees who are committed to the company have become a rarity in many industries. This is not the case at Deutsche Steinzeug, which is currently celebrating ten employees who have been with the company for many years. They are receiving due appreciation from the entire plant for their tireless commitment, their collegial manner and their indispensable experience. First and foremost, Karl Mailbeck, Chairman of the Works Council, is responsible for this as the initiator of a jubilee celebration in Schwarzenfeld, which took place at the Buchtal site of Deutsche Steinzeug. In his address to those celebrating, he outlined in retrospect the development that colleagues and employees, as well as the entire industry, have undergone over these decades. "25 and 40 years of service are a wide-ranging, temporal arc in a person's professional life," he emphasized by way of introduction. Such a long period of service stands for a high level of commitment to the company, but also for motivation and enjoyment of the job. Andreas Kramer, Head of Architect Services, who has been with Buchtal for 25 years and is himself celebrating his jubilee, gives expression to this fact during the ceremony, before Board Member Dieter Schäfer, for his part, expresses his gratitude to the long-serving employees*: "Particularly in these fast-moving times, we are very proud that we can count on such loyal employees and look forward to continuing our good and trusting cooperation."
Employees play a major role in the success of our plants through their competence and reliability. Plant Manager Heike Koltes knows this and congratulates them wholeheartedly on behalf of the entire Steinzeug family:
